AP) – A Ulysses business owner has been charged with 29 felonies in an alleged theft of nearly $200,000 from another Ulysses business owner.
The Kansas Attorney General’s office says Carlos E. Moral, who started The Grant County Gazette in April 2006, is charged with three counts of theft, three counts of making false information and 23 counts of giving a worthless check.
