Trailer Rolls in Stanton County Injuring Moscow Man

A Moscow man is in the hospital after rolling a semi trailer Sunday morning.  The incident occurred at about 6:15 Sunday morning 3.2 miles east of Johnson.  The Kansas Highway Patrol reports 57 year old Vernon Smith of Moscow was headed west on 160 and for unknown reasons the passenger side trailer tires entered the north ditch.  The trailer tires tripped in the dirt causing the trailer to roll onto its side.  The truck remained upright.  Smith was taken to Stanton County Hospital with injuries.
