Seward Hosts Region Volleyball Tournament Sunday

Liberal Kan.- Seward County Community College will host the Region VI Volleyball Tournament Sunday, November 10th, starting with the Lady Saints taking on Hutchinson Community College at noon for the first semifinal match.

The second semifinal match will feature Colby College taking on Barton Community College scheduled to start at 3 pm in the Greenhouse. The championship match will start at 6 pm following the two semifinal matches. This final match will determine who represents Region VI at the Volleyball National Tournament in Hutchinson Kansas.

There will be a $5 entry fee for adults, $3 entry fee for senior citizens and children. ONLY Seward County Community College STUDENTS get into the matches for free by showing their valid student ID.

The Lady Saints come into the weekend 26-2 on the season and are the number one seed in the bracket after an undefeated conference season. Come out to the Greenhouse and support the Lady Saints on their quest to a Region VI title and to punch their ticket to Nationals.
