Seward County Sheriff’s Office Awards Contest Prizes

From Local contributions to the National Child Safety Council the Seward County Sheriff Office went to Plains Elementary School, and Kismet Elementary School to hand out prizes to winners of a coloring contest.

The coloring contest was also to help teach students who live in a more rural area about the dangers of grain piles and grain auger safety. The prize given to the winners, was a miniature Sammy Safety Pup Puppet.

The Seward County Sheriff’s Office would like to thank Plains Elementary School Principal Ryan Kisner and Kismet Elementary School Principal Jerrilyn Wood allowing us in the schools.
