Seward County Fire Rescue Battle Structure Fire

Seward County Fire Rescue was dispatched to a residential structure fire southwest of Kismet at 540pm. Units arrived on scene to find a single wide mobile home with heavy fire in the kitchen. Units made an interior attack and brought the fire under control at 6:09pm. There were no injuries, occupants were able to exit the residents at the time of the fire. County Fire Rescue responded with 5 apparatus and 9 personnel. Cause of the fire is under investigation. Estimated loss is around $35,000.00
