Seward County Commission Meets, Takes No Action on Hours Change at Administration Building

The Seward County Commission met on Tuesday evening at 5:30pm.

After hearing the results of the Facebook and paper surveys and discussing the possibility of changing of the hours at the Administration Building, the Commission took no action on the matter.

Also on the agenda was the Cat Dozer Bank rate. The Commissioners approved the Bank and Rate for the lease purchase of the Certified Rebuild of the Cat D6 Dozer. Approved was the Bank of Beaver City at a rate of 4.47% on the amount of the $235,000 for the rebuild.

The Commission also approved the National Beef Water Discharge. This allows National Beef to discharge water onto the Landfill’s north property.
