Seward County Commission Meets Approves JCAPS Comprehensive Plan

The Seward County Commission met on Monday evening for a relatively short meeting. Approved by the Commission was the the 26th Judicial District Juvenile Corrections and Prevention Services (JCAPS) Comprehensive Plan.

Also the Commissioners approved for the allowing Health Department director to use the $107,000 from Covid ELC funding to purchase Nightingale notes at this time to be able to keep the group discount in place and get on schedule for implementation. This system will enhance the capabilities of Seward County Health Department in data charting, data sharing, decrease storage needs and enhance patient health information security.
