There will be a special meeting in a workshop session pursuant to Section 5 of Article II of the Bylaws of the Seward County Planning Board.  The purpose of the meeting is for the Planning Commissioners to best serve their appointed volunteer roles on behalf of the County by receiving further support.  The entire workshop might occur in executive session, or the Planning Commission might elect for some of the workshop to occur in open session.  This meeting is only a workshop session, which means two things: (1) no binding action will be taken; and (2) there is no guaranteed or pre-planned public comment/input time.  The first date that the Planning Commission might take a vote or other binding action on CU2025-02 is the December 29, 2025, special meeting occurring at 7:00 pm.  The Planning Commission appreciates all engagement that has occurred regarding CU2025-02.

The next Seward County/City of Kismet Planning Commission meeting will be held on Monday, December 22, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. Suite 202, located upstairs at the Seward County Administration Building; 515 N Washington; Liberal, Kansas.
