Seward Athletes Make Strong Presence on Honor Roll

As expected as conference and regional championships have been for Seward County on the court and in the field, the same tradition and expectations has carried over to the academic side of things where the Saints and Lady Saints are Nationally known for their work in the classroom. This Spring was no different as a total of 96 students-athletes passed an average of 15.86 hours with an overall GPA of 3.14 for the semester. Fifty-six student-athletes made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll with higher than a 3.0 GPA and 9 received a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Below is a list of student-athletes who have made the Spring 2011 Athletic Director’s Honor Roll. To qualify, a student-athlete must have passed a minimum of 12 hours with a 3.0 (or higher) grade point average. A total of 96 students-athletes passed an average of 15.86 hours with an overall GPA of 3.14 for the Spring 2011 semester. Fifty-six student-athletes made the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll with 9 receiving a perfect 4.0 GPA.

There were also 41 students from the athletic support teams who passed an average of 14.44 hours with a combined 2.99 GPA for the semester. Nineteen made the Athletic Director’s Honor Roll with 1 receiving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
