Saints Dig Pink Night

On Dig Pink Night, the Saints made Garden City green with envy. The Saints beat the Busters 3-1 (23-25, 25-19, 25-14, 25-23) for a season sweep over GCCC. The Saints wore pink uniforms and raised money for breast cancer awareness.

Thayna Silva led Seward with 12 kills and 19 digs while Carolina Gasparini added 12 kills and Megan Sharratt had 10. Nacole Miller dished 23 assists and Kari Anderson had 25 digs.

Seward is 19-12 overall and 7-4 in the Jayhawk West while Garden City falls to 8-18 and 3-9. Seward hosts Lamar Friday night at 6:30 in the Green House.
