Redskins Run at Newton

Liberal’s cross country team ran at Newton on Saturday. Daniela Cerda placed 3rd in 20:26 which is the freshman’s PR. Halle Payton was 12th in 22:06 which was her PR. Hallie West took 26th in 23:49. The LHS girls took 2nd in group B.
As for the Liberal boys, Edwin Murillo was 16th in 18:02. Aidan Bernhardt-Purdy took 31st in 18:35. Aaron Barboza placed 35th in 19:03. The Redskin boys finished 6th in group B.
