Pub On The Bricks To Hold Grand Re-Opening

KSCB News - November 16, 2011 8:11 am

Many area residents have highly anticipated the re-opening of the Pub on the Bricks, which has been closed since the end of May.
The restaurant was previously housed in a rented space in the Nash building, located on the corner of 4th and Quinn in Guymon, before an early morning electrical fire May 22 forced them to search for a new building.
The Pub on the Bricks has made it’s new home in the old Allen’s Inc. building on the corner of 5th and Ellison and officially opened its doors for business on Saturday, Nov. 5.
The building had recently been purchased by Steve Long, a regular customer to the restaurant, who offered the building for use. The old Allen’s building was gutted and completely remodeled to meet the needs of the restaurant.
Other than the new building, Owner/Manager Mike Davis said a few changes have been made to the menu.
“We added about seven new menu items and took a couple away, but we really just wanted to keep it simple,” Davis said. “We’re really focused on customer service and making sure everybody is taken care of.”
