The Seward County Republican Party met Monday evening to fill the 3 vacancies on the Seward County Commission. Several candidates expressed their desire to serve on the Commission with openings in District 2, District 3, and District 4. After presentations were made, the Precinct Committee members in each District voted to fill the open positions. Selected in District 2 was Clay Louderback, in District 3 was Jairo Vazquez and in District 4 was Jon Mettlen. These nominees will be sent to the Governor’s Office for final approval.
