The much-anticipated February 17th International Pancake Day Races are almost here. Don’t miss your chance to be part of this unique and fun event. Sign-ups are open until January 16 and must be completed online at pancakeday.net. This is the only way to register for the races, so be sure to take advantage of this easy and convenient option.

Race Categories Include:
• Youth Races (ages 3-18)
• Mascot Race (for businesses or organizations with mascot uniforms)
• Last Chance Race
• Men’s Pacer Race- Men will carry coats like the original races. While participants in this race do not need to be related to the international racers, they must carry a coat, and it’s recommended to include a scarf, hat, or gloves for the full experience.
• International Race- Must be a woman 18 years of age or older, Live and/or work in Liberal, Wear a bandana, apron, and carry a skillet and Carry a pancake from start to finish, flipping it at both locations. The Racers must Run the full 415 yards.

International Pancake Day Racers must go to Heritage Real Estate during regular business hours to have their picture taken.
