Mark Lee Minter, 58, of Hooker, Oklahoma passed away August 3, 2022, at his home in Hooker, OK.
Mark was born October 19, 1963, in Athens, Texas, the son of Harold Lee and Patsy Lou Jacobs Minter. The family moved to Hooker, Oklahoma in 1965. He attended Hooker Schools graduating from Hooker High School with the Class of 1981.
After his graduation he entered the US Army and received a medical discharge and returned to Hooker. He married Paula Bigham on September 21, 1984, in Clayton, New Mexico.
He began working for Northwest Line Construction and then for Tri-County Electric for which he worked twenty-five years.
He loved to golf and especially with his father, Harold.
His survived by his two daughters, Natasha Minter of Hooker, Oklahoma and Alisha Minter of Hooker, Oklahoma, one sister, Donna and John Atchison of Dallas, Georgia, eleven grandchildren and one great grandson.
Mark is preceded in death by his parents, his stepdaughter, Marcey Erin Ball, three sisters, Diana Minter, Denette Tindall, and Dana Minter.
Memorials are suggested to the Hooker Golf Course and may be left at Roberts Brothers Funeral Home, Box 745, Hooker, OK 73945.
Cremation has taken place.
