Non-Injury Accident On Kansas Avenue

On Monday July 26, 2010 at approximately 11:55am , officers and emergency personnel were dispatched to the 1800 block of North Kansas in reference to an injury accident. The accident involved a 2000 Ford CTS driven by at 23 year old male and a 2005 Chrysler Touring driven by a 77 year old male. The driver of the Ford CTS was traveling southbound when the driver of the Chrysler Touring was stopped at a stop sign westbound before crossing Kansas Ave. The Chrysler Touring was almost across Kansas Ave when the Ford CTS struck the Chrysler on the passenger side front door. Once officers arrived on scene and spoke with drivers, it was learned that there were no injuries.
