Mana Chanthasone is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal freshman Mana Chanthasone is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week.  Chanthasone is Liberal’s first ever female to make state in the first year of KSHSAA girls wrestling.  She will wrestle at state February 27 in Salina.  She is 22-9 on the season.   Mana is also involved in debate, scholar’s bowl, plans to go out for track, and is the freshman student council president.  Here are her regional results from McPherson last week.
