Local Woman Hits It Big With The Kansas Lottery

A local resident, Destiny McCain, bought a Kansas Lottery Powerball ticket Saturday night at the VFW, said a little prayer, then she said she" left it in God’s hands". McCain was shocked to learn Sunday that she had won $200,000.00 in Saturday’s drawing. When asked what she plans to do with the money, Destiny said her daughter has some expensive dental work that needs to be done, and with no insurance, the money was an answer to her prayers.
