Liberal Welcomes New Business

KSCB News - June 9, 2015 11:55 am

One of Liberal’s newest businesses, G & G Home Center, opened on April 11. They are located on the corner of Tucker Road and Highway 83 By-Pass and are ready to serve our town by providing a nice selection of modular homes.

D & H Homes in Garden City, which was established by there, father Darrell Wright in 1971. D & H Homes continues to serve the Garden City area and is managed by Darrell’s son, Garrett Wright. Garrett and his brother Gavin have now started G & G Home Center in Liberal and have already been very busy helping clients select the home of their dreams.

These homes can be placed on basements or slabs, and can be delivered in a wide area throughout Kansas, Oklahoma and Colorado. Their modular homes are factory built by Chief Industries in Aurora, Nebraska and Skyline in Arkansas City, Kansas. Homes range from $50.00 a square foot to $125 a square foot. They build single story family homes, two story family homes, duplexes, triplexes and apartment buildings. The purchaser selects from a variety of floor plans and decides on the size of their home, then has the option of selecting their choice of flooring, countertops, cabinets, paint and appliances. It takes three to five months from the time the home is ordered until it is move-in ready.

Gavin Wright is really excited to be in Liberal. He stated, “Helping people find homes they will enjoy for years makes me feel good-we’re giving them a good product. Our houses are sealed

Very well and built to last. And people here have been real receptive to our business.”

They have already been working with lots of people in the area if you are looking for a home, stop by G & G Home Center and watch the video of one of their homes being built. You’ll be amazed.

G & G Home Center invites everyone to come to their Grand Opening on June 11, from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. The Chamber will hold a Ribbon Cutting ceremony at 5:00 pm.
