The Liberal Police Department is seeking help with locating a local teen. His name is Anthony Ray Martinez and he is 15 years old. Martinez is listed as a runaway and could be in the Liberal area or he may have fled to Woodward Oklahoma. If you have any information, please contact us at 620-626-0150.
