Liberal Police Looking for Persons of Interest

A black newer model Chevrolet Impala, with temporary tags, occupied by a black male and a black female with short hair that was parked on Pine Street. They spoke to a four year old who was playing outside about having something for him. The child’s mother came outside and the car drove away. Officers have checked the neighborhood for witnesses or video cameras but none were located. The boy’s parents have remained in contact with officers however no other activity has occurred. No further description of the individuals or the car has been able to be provided. Checking computer systems for the car has had negative results. There have been no further calls received by the police relating to this type activity.
