Liberal Opens Golf Season in Hays

Liberal opened their golf season Tuesday at Hays.  They were able to get 18 holes of golf in before the rain began.  The Redskins placed sixth out of 10 teams with a 348.  Garden City won the tournament with a 307.  The other schools were the WAC schools, Salina schools, Topeka Seaman, Topeka West, and Junction City.  Cameron Riley led Liberal with an 80.  Sean Titus carded an 86.  Sion Audrain of Garden City won the even with a 73.  The Redskins compete Saturday at Garden City.
