The Liberal City Commission met on Tuesday afternoon to wrap up 2025 with year end housekeeping items. Approved by the Commission was Ordinance No. 4642 which Amended the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget. Also approved were the 2025 Fiscal Year Transfers, and the Reclassification of Delinquent Accounts Receivable & Utility Accounts
