Liberal City Commission Meets, Approves RHID’s for Housing Development

The Liberal City Commission met Tuesday evening and after 2 Proclamations, one for National Treatment Court Month and one for the 54th Annual Professional Municipal Clerks Week approved 2 Rural Housing Incentive Districts (RHID) for the Developments of Chance Road and Apache Lane and Larry Street and Hickory Street Developments. These Developments will see 31 and 65 Hoses built respectively.

INA Alert Installation of Cameras and Door Access Controls were approved for the Park Buildings and INA Alert Facial Recognition Software was approved for the Recreation Center.

A Tourism Grant in the amount of $17,500.00 was approved for the PRCA Rodeo and Lori Plante was appointed to the Liberal Housing Authority Board to fill the unexpired term of Bambi Parker.
