Liberal City Commission Approves Board Appointments

The Liberal City Commission met Tuesday evening and made Board appointments to the JCAPS and Planning and Zoning Boards. Appointed to the JCAPS Board was Jose Martinez and to the Planning and Zoning board was Tracy Gutierrez, Jeff Hall and from the County Mona Arredondo.

Commissioners also approved modifications to the Court costs for Municipal Court and approved Ordinance 4537 which amends Chapter 8, Article 2&4 of the City Code.

Through a consensus the Commissioners would allow a Flea Market to take place near The Rock Island Depot throught the summer as long as the proper paperwork gets file.
