The Liberal Chamber of Commerce held its “Wrap a Lamp” Contest recently on Kansas Avenue. Participants wrapped assigned lamp posts in a festive Holiday theme. Over 50 groups, businesses, churches, families, and individuals participated once again this year

Most Inspirational went to 1st United Methodist Church, Most Creative went to Southern Pioneer Electric,  Most Whimsical went to the American Title and Abstract, Most Humorous went to Cozy Corner/Heritage Real Estate, Most Unique went to Seward County EMS, and Most Holiday Spirit went to Salco Truck and Trailer Repair.
