LHS Spikers Get Hays at Sub State

Liberal will face a familiar foe at sub state Saturday in Great Bend. The 25-12 Redskins play 13-19 Hays in at 2 p.m. Saturday in Great Bend one week after beating the Indians on that same court. Newton (32-7) plays 9-24 Salina Central in the other sub state matchup Saturday in Great Bend. The winners meet for the right to go to state. LHS qualified for state two years ago.
