LHS Senior Jensen Mettlen Wins Title Miss Dodge City

The Miss Dodge City Organization held their annual Miss Dodge City Scholarship Pageant Saturday evening, October 5th, at the Dodge City Theatre Company. This Pageant, an affiliate of the Miss America Organization, awards Scholarships to contestants and the right to compete in the Miss Kansas Competition in Pratt KS. The Pageant is open to all young ladies from Kansas, between the ages of 17 and 25.

Crowned Miss Dodge City at Saturday nights competition was Liberal High School Senior, Jensen Mettlen. Jensen is the daughter of John and Traci Mettlen, and is very active in her school and community. Jensen competes in dance, gymnastics, is on the cheerleading squad, and has participated in numerous sports throughout her High School career. Jensen will represent Dodge City and Ford County in the Miss Kansas Pageant in Pratt on June 6th, 2020.
