Lady Saints Softball Sweeps El Paso

The Seward County Lady Saints softball team swept El Paso Community College on Monday in El Paso.
The Lady Saints won the first game 9-1, and then took game two 14-1. Sophomore Marisa Coats had a big day at the plate going 5-8 with a two run homer, a grand slam, and 7 RBI’s. Sophomore Shelby Casey also had a big day going 6-7 at the plate with two doubles.
Seward improves to 20-4 overall and will travel from El Paso to Scottsdale, Arizona for a pair of games on Thursday against Scottsdale Community College.
