Lady Saints Sink Scottsdale

The Seward Lady Saints began threir three game swing in Arizona with a resounding victory Thursday night. Seward beat the Scottsdale Lady Artichokes 102-68 in Scottsdale. Anete Kirsteine scored are 18 while Ricquia Jones and Kelsey Blair scored 17 a piece. Madison McLain scored 14 and Avery Burns added 12. The Lady Saints shot 50 percent from the field and hit 44 percent of their 3’s (14-32). The Lady Saints forced 35 turnovers and held Scottsdale to 34 percent shooting. Seward built a 42-21 lead and led 63-30 at halftime.

Scottsdale is 0-2 while the Lady Saints are 3-0. The Lady Saints play at Glendale Friday night.
