The Kismet Little Worlds Fair is Labor Day Weekend August 31st September 1st & 2nd.
The 100 Years of Celebrations weekend is sure to be a crowd pleaser. Booth fees for one day is $40 and for all weekend only $80. For non- electric booth sites the fees are only $25 for one day and $60 for the entire weekend. If your a non profit organization your fee is $20 for selling items and no charge for non selling items. All checks should be made out to the Kismet Lions Club.
Several activities have been planned for the weekend on Saturday August 31st,2019 a slip n slide kickball game will be lots of fun as well the Lions Supper of chicken fajitas beans and rice for only $8.00. Then at 7 pm Kevin Horner performs at the Kismet Pavillion, then from 9 to midnight the street dance.
Sunday Sept 1st, 2019 Worship services from the UMC at 9:30am, at 11:45 the Taste of Kismet, a three legged race, poker run and basketball tournament will go on through out the day. The days festivities will conclude with the street dance at 9pm till midnight on Main Street.
Monday’s events include a 5k/10k run, breakfast outside the pavillion for a donation, the parade line up & judging parade beginning @ 10:30. There will be a free ham and bean feed at noon, turtle races, stick horse races, frozen t-shirt pull, bed races and a water balloon toss.
