The Kansas Department of Transportation employees in the Liberal Subarea,  joined together this holiday season to donate gifts to Soldiers of Christ for children in the Liberal area. KDOT wants to shine a spotlight on these outstanding team members for taking the time to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
