Kansas State Rifle Association President Coming To Liberal

KSRA President Patricia Stoneking will be speaking in Liberal, KS on Wednesday, January 22 at the Seward County Admin Building, Commission Chambers at 6 pm.

Patricia Stoneking is the President of the Kansas State Rifle Association (KSRA) which is the state sanctioned affiliate of the NRA. She is an NRA Certified Training Counselor, Chief Range Safety Officer and Refuse To Be A Victim Program Instructor. Patricia is the owner of Target Master Shooting Academy, LLC.
Patricia is the Registered Lobbyist for the KSRA and has always been very active in legislative and political affairs. She also serves on the Kansas Attorney General’s Advisory Council for Concealed Carry issues.
Patricia was honored with the NRA Marion P. Hammer Woman of Distinction Award in 2008, which is a national award that recognizes exceptional contributions to the preservation of the Second Amendment and the shooting sports through education, advocacy, volunteerism and legislative activism. In 2010 she was honored by the KSRA with the Outstanding Volunteer of the Year Award for her achievements to pass pro Second Amendment legislation, her work to promote conservative pro-Second Amendment candidates for political office and promotion of the shooting sports in addition to effecting major record breaking growth of the KSRA. She is also the founder of the KSRA PAC (Political Action Committee).
Patricia resides with her husband of 24 years in Bonner Springs, KS not far from where she was raised in Shawnee, KS. She is a Patron Life member of the NRA, Life Member of the CCRKBA, a member of the Second Amendment Foundation, GOA and Safari Club International as well as a Life Member of the KSRA. She also serves as Vice Chair of the Wyandotte County Republican Party.

This event is free and everyone is welcome! Come out and learn some Second Amendme nt history, the state of gun laws in Kansas and plans for the future and federal issues as well. There will also be a Q&A at the end of the presentation.
