Kan. Supreme Court Says Reporter Has To Testify

(AP) – The Kansas Supreme Court has denied a

request to stop a subpoena ordering a reporter to testify about

sources.

The Supreme Court issued its ruling Tuesday after considering

the petition by Gatehouse Media Kansas
