Jacob Sautter is Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week

Liberal senior swimmer Jacob Sautter is the Hay Rice and Associates Athlete of the Week. Sautter earned state qualifying time in the 50 free with a time of 23:15 and state consideration time into 100 free with a time of 51.70 at the Redskins opening meet at Great Bend on Tuesday. He was on a 200 free relay team which finished 2nd and a 200 medley relay team which placed fourth. The first team all WAC swimmer from last season made state in the 50 free and 100 free last season.
Sautter is active at LHS participating in cross country, FCA, and chess club.
Sautter and the Redskins compete at Wichita Southeast on Saturday.
