On Saturday night at approximately 11:46 pm, a vehicle being driven by Florinda Sanchez, 52, of Texhoma was east bound on US HWY 54 when a vehicle being driven by Maria Barbosa, 62 of Guymon pulled out of Golden Mesa Casino, also turning east bound. The Sanchez vehicle struck the Barbosa vehicle in the rear, pushing them in a large culvert on south side of US HWY 54 causing the Barbosa vehicle to roll.

Both drivers were transported to Texas County Memorial Hospital for suspected serious non-life-threatening injuries.

Seatbelts were in use in both vehicles.
