Hugoton’s Alfredo Licon is Hugoton’s winner of the Billy’s 10 Best Scholarship. Licon is a powerful 6’2" 295 pound lineman for the Hugoton Eagles. Licon also has competed in wrestling and baseball and is a member of Latinos Make a Difference at Hugoton High School. He wins a 350 dollar scholarship. Liberal is part of the Billy’s 10 Best scholarship but has their own weekly Rowdy Crowd Show at 5:30 Thursday evening’s on Talkradio 1270 rather than the OTS Show.
