Liberal City Clerk, Alicia Hidalgo, has been selected to serve as the Region VII Director for the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) board. Hidalgo will be sworn into her new position in May and will represent Kansas, Missouri, and Illinois on the 28-member IIMC board. Alicia recently completed her term as President of the City Clerks/Municipal Finance Offers Association, where she will remain on the board as Past President. Alicia has been dedicated to sharing her knowledge with clerks throughout the country.
