Health Survey Needs Community Input

The Liberal Area Coalition for Families is seeking the Community’s input. As part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield grant for LACF, the community is asked to take a short survey. The survey addresses community health needs. With the crisis around us, the Liberal Area Coalition for Families wants to help.
