Guymon Woman Injured in Norton County Accident

A two vehicle accident occurred Monday afternoon at approximately 12:42pm 4.1 miles north of the US36 and K383 junction in Norton County.
A 2018 Ford F-150 being driven by Trey Fankhouser,27, of Goodwell OK was behind a 2019 Ford truck driven by Kevin Ubert,39, of Hays KS. Both vehicles were heading east on K383 highway. The Ubert vehicle started to make a left turn when the Fankhouser pick up attempted to pass the truck on the left. Fankhouser struck the driver’s side of the Ubert vehicle.
A passenger in the Fankhouser vehicle, Jena Eder,27, of Guymon OK, was taken to the Phillips County Hospital to be treated for her injuries. Fankhouser and Ubert were not injured in the accident.
Seatbelts were in use by all occupants of both vehicles.
