Guymon Man Injured in Texas County Accident

An injury accident occurred Monday morning June 7, at approximately 8:15am on US-54, approximately 6 miles west of Goodwell, OK in Texas County.
The accident occurred when a 2020 Ram Promaster Cargo Van driven by Daniel Liese 46 of Guymon, OK and a 2005 FRHT semi driven by Ace Yocham, 37 of Hooker, OK, were both driving westbound on US-54. The Cargo van struck the semi in the rear due to unknown reasons. The Van departed the roadway to the right and caught on fire.
Liese was transported by Texas County Memorial Hospital in Guymon, OK. He was later flown by Apollo Med to University Medical Center in Lubbock TX where he was admitted in stable condition with full-body injuries.
Yocham was not injured.
