Guymon Buildings Receive State Preservation Awards

Three State Historic Preservation Officer’s Citation of Merit are being given for Guymon buildings and projects at the State Historical Preservation Conference in Tahlequah.
Jim and Ann Grocholski are receiving a citation in special recognition for the rehabilitation of their home at 418 N. Academy
Hal and Pat Clark are receiving a citation for their façade renovation at Clark Auto Ranch on the corner of 6th and Main.
Both of these places were nominated by the Main Street Guymon Design Committee.
Main Street Guymon is receiving a Citation for hosting the statewide preservation conference last year.
These citations are awarded annually to individuals, organizations, agencies, or firms that have made important contributions in the preservation of Oklahoma’s rich heritage. They are to be presented at the conference banquet on June 7
