Garden Run at National Title Falls Short

Many fans who followed the Jayhawk West this year probably didn’t think the Garden City Broncs men’s basketball team would even be mentioned in the same sentence as national champions. However, Garden found themselves just three wins away from being the national champions in Hutchinson. The Broncs fell short Thursday though with a 83-64 loss to Connors State College. Garden will now move to the consolation bracket of the NJCAA National Tournament where they will play South Georgia Technical College today at 3 PM.
