Garden City Gangs Up on Liberal

The Garden City softball team swept Liberal 11-1 and 19-0 in Garden City Tuesday.
In game one, Garden City scored six in the first, one in the second, and four in the third. Liberal’s Jayce Darroch hit a homerun and had Liberal’s two hits.
In game two, the Buffaloes scored nine in the first and 10 in the second. Garden City’s Ford pitched a perfect game.
Liberal is 4-6 and 0-4 in the WAC. LHS plays at Wichita Southeast Thursday.
