Garden City Blanks LHS Soccer

Liberal’s soccer team was competitive with the Garden City Buffaloes on Tuesday evening at Redskin Field. They played them closer than they did earlier in the season at Buffalo Stadium in Garden City. However the result was still a 2-0 loss to the Buffaloes. Garden City scored in the 58th and 72nd minutes after the game was scoreless at the half. Liberal is 1-9 and 0-5 in the WAC. The Redskins host the Hays Indians Thursday night at about 5:45 at Redskin Field.
