Focus On The Future Group To Host Public Meetings

KSCB News - May 3, 2010 12:00 am

From a Fire Station to a Water Park, plus new sidewalks, streets, better drainage and more, Liberal’s 1 cent sales tax has been benefiting the citizens of Liberal since 1994. The tax will be up for renewal in November, and the Focus On The Future Committee is looking for input. The public is invited to come share ideas and see how Liberal has been able to make enhancements one penny at a time. The meetings are scheduled for May 6th, May 18th, June 1st, June 17th, and July 1st. All of the meetings will start at 6:00pm at the Rock Island Depot. Envision The Possibilities!
