Final Phase of Kansas Avenue Project To Begin

The City of Liberal will start the final Phase of the Kansas Avenue & 15th Street Intersection Project on Friday, October 21, 2016.

The two westbound lanes of 15th Street from Lincoln to Kansas Ave. will be closed for repairs. Traffic will be two lanes in that area.

The two southbound lanes of Kansas Ave. will be closed for repairs from Medical Drive to Walgreens drive. Traffic will be two lanes in that area.
