ExxonMobil Golf Tournament for United Way a Success

“We don’t have the final results in yet on how much we raised, but we think this is one of the most successful tournaments we have ever had,” said Kay Burtzloff, executive director, Seward County United Way, about the Sept. 23 ExxonMobil Golf Tournament for United Way. “We had 26 teams and beautiful weather. One golfer actually came within 10 inches of having a hole in one on the $10,000 hole.”

The First Place team on A flight with a score of 53 were Ray Titus, Roy Jackson, Jason Wood and Scott Jackson. The Second Place winners on A Flight with a score of 54 were Rick Trejo, Steve Ysac, Lee Sellers and Eric Mosely. The Third Place winners on A flight with a score of 55 were Julio Jimenez, George Roldan, Rod Hay and Grant Shellenberger.

All the winning teams on B flight had a score of 64. Winning First Place on B Flight was the team of Alan Brown, Eric Brown, Shannon Butler and Ryan Williams. The Second Place winners on B flight were Tate Grasz, Steve Pate, Wes Cullett and Tom Wiggens. Winning Third Place on B flight were Tim Hindergardt, Tony Anton, Gary Pugh and Bill Mills.
