Eat Out for United Way at McDonald’s

KSCB News - October 26, 2011 3:56 pm

If you can eat, you can donate to the Seward County United Way. The third
Eat Out for United Way will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 28, at the
north and south McDonald’s Restaurants in Liberal.

"Just remember that diners don’t pay anything extra for eating at the
restaurants — the restaurants have pledged a part of their proceeds for the
night to help support the 28 local non-profit agencies supported by the
Seward County United Way," said Kay Burtzloff, executive director of the
local United Way. "We’ll have volunteers helping that night and we need a
good turnout to help raise funds for our 50th Anniversary Campaign."
