Domestic Disturbance Ends with Arrest

On Tuesday, July 17th, at approximately 9:17am Liberal Police Officers responded to the 2500 block of Cheyenne Drive in regard to an ambulance being called for a victim of a stabbing. Upon investigation, the resident of this address, a 64 year old male, was taken into custody. An acquaintance of the suspect, a 19 year old male, was taken by ambulance to Southwest Medical Center and treated for an injury to his hand. Two other victims were also identified as having received injuries associated with this disturbance. An affidavit for 3 counts of Aggravated Battery is being filed with the Seward County attorney’s Office
